Has anyone considered maple syrup as a plot device?
And Amazon Prime’s new original series, The Sticky, wants to change that. A dark comedy set in southeastern Quebec, the story follows Ruth, a maple syrup farmer stuck in a tight spot.
What’s the Plot?
Ruth (played by the uber-talented Margo Martindale) is under the thumb of bureaucracy and drama. To claim her destiny, she teams up for a heist with an unlikely pair: a security guard named Remy and a Boston gangster named Mike.

Sticky is a cool modern heist movie. It’s funny, dramatic and heartbreaking in the best possible way. If you’re searching for a series that will satisfy your binge addiction and does something different I recommend you try it.
