Multidisciplinary artist and musician Guy Gerber officially opened his solo exhibition, SEPARATE WAYS, last night with an exclusive, invite-only reception in Los Angeles during Frieze Week — following the announcement earlier this week.
The opening drew a cross-section of Los Angeles’ cultural community, including members of the press, leading art writers, content creators, industry figures, tastemakers, and dedicated art enthusiasts. Guests experienced a first look at the 21-piece collection, accompanied by an intimate DJ set from Gerber that seamlessly intertwined his musical and visual practices in an immersive environment.
Originally debuting in New York City in September 2025 to critical acclaim — including coverage by NYLON — SEPARATE WAYS marked Gerber’s first U.S. public exhibition. The Los Angeles presentation carried that momentum forward, underscoring his evolution from globally acclaimed DJ and producer to an emerging voice in contemporary art. The night reaffirmed the growing interest in Gerber’s multidisciplinary approach and his connection to the city’s creative landscape.
“Bringing SEPARATE WAYS to Los Angeles felt deeply personal, with my music and visual art finally meeting in one honest moment. This work lives in the space between reflection and transformation—and LA understood that immediately,” said Gerber.
Through photography, layered paint, collage, and handwritten text, SEPARATE WAYS explores themes of self-reflection, transformation, and identity. Mirrors—both literal and symbolic—anchor the collection, inviting viewers into an intimate dialogue between perception and inner truth.
Beyond the Los Angeles show, Gerber continues to maintain a strong international presence throughout the 2026 art season. Earlier this month, he participated in México Art Week 2026, performing special sets and appearing in leading outlets including HOLA! México and Panorama.
Back in Los Angeles during Frieze Week, Gerber also performed at the Framework event before an audience of more than 3,000 attendees, a reminder of his sustained influence on the global music landscape.
Now on view through March 4, SEPARATE WAYS marks a defining moment in Guy Gerber’s creative evolution—bridging the worlds of sound and visual art as he prepares new music releases and continues to expand his globally recognized RUMORS series.

ABOUT GUY GERBER – Guy Gerber is a globally renowned Israeli DJ, producer, and visual artist known for blending underground electronic music with fashion, art, and culture. A tastemaker with a decades-long career, Gerber has headlined the world’s most iconic stages, from Burning Man to Ibiza, and built a reputation for his hypnotic, genre-defying sets, including a 12-hour performance voted among Resident Advisor’s Top 10 Live Acts three years in a row. As the creator of the international event series RUMORS, he has brought boundary-pushing music experiences to cities including New York, Mykonos, Tulum, London, and Tel Aviv.
