The 19th Annual Polish Film Festival Los Angeles, a nine day celebration of excellence in Polish film, held from October 17 through October 25, once again was a smash success.

The star-studded awards gala, where Polish and American actors and film industry VIPs walked the red carpet and mingled at a VIP reception in the courtyard of the Hollywood’s legendary Egyptian Theatre, was held prior to the screening of the film SQUADRON 303 (Dywizjon 303) by Denis Delic and starring Piotr Adamczyk and Maciej Zakoscielny. In addition to the awards for excellence in Polish film special awards were presented to Jane Kaczmarek (Artist of Polish Heritage) by festival director and founder Vladek Juszkiewicz. and Robert Forster (Amicus Poloniae/Friend of Poland) by Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Los Angeles Jaroslaw J. Lasinski.
